Today we will meet in Calgary. Airport pickup service is available, please see "Departure and Return" for details. You can spend your rest time at leisure or join in our optional activities (only available for guests arrived before 12:00pm):

1. Calgary City Tour: A guided tour takes you to explore the city; from the historic site to the newest modern building. (Includes guide service, transportation, admission)
2. Crosslron Mills Outlets: Including roundtrip transfer. Discover the biggest one-level shopping center in Alberta
3. The Calgary Zoo with Public Transportation Ticket/Admission: The Calgary Zoo takes you to see almost 900 animals from around the world, including popular gorilla, hippos, grizzly bear, penguins, endangered red pandas and amur tigers, and etc for you to explore.

Day 2: Calgary - Banff National Park - Banff Town (266 km)

We will visit Banff Sulphur Mountain, ride Gondola, appreciate Bow Falls, Surprise Corner and experience Ice Walk at Marble Canyon. Later we will visit Banff Town and spend the night there.

    This unique cable-car ride takes visitors to Alberta, Canada's Banff National Park to the top of Sulphur Mountain, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Atop the mountain there are many viewing areas, a long boardwalk, and two small museums.

Day 3: Calgary - Banff National Park - Yoho National Park -Banff (122 km)

After pickup, we will head to Lake Louise. Then we will continue to Yoho National Park, see Spiral Tunnel, Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge and Vermilion Lakes.

    Vermillion Lake

    The lake comes from the sulfur hot springs of the nearby Sulfur Mountain, so the riverbed is cinnabar brown, and the shore is swampy, with a natural smell of sulfur in the slimy mud. Here, as long as you look up, you will see the pretty Rundle Mountain.

    Emerald Lake

    The Kicking Horse River, a Canadian Heritage river, in the Yoho park, has created a natural bridge through solid rock. This formation is located 3 km west of Field, accessible from the road to Emerald Lake.

    Spiral Tunnels

    [Spiral Tunnel] is a section of the Canadian Pacific Railway that carried too much blood and tears of railroad workers and history.
Please note the itinerary sequence listed above will be changed based on the actual arrival date. Some attractions will be replaced with others when they are closed for the seasonal reasons.
  • Airport Meet and Greet:
    Complimentary Airport Pickup service, but need to pay tips at C$6/per person to the driver: Available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, every 2 hours (9:00/11:00/13:00/15:00/17:00/19:00/21:00). Please meet tour guide in yellow coat at Exit #7 Information Centre.
    Note: Kindly inform us one week in advance if you don't require pickup. If flight details aren't provided timely, please arrange your own transport to the hotel. A hotel check-in voucher will be provided.
  • Alternative Pickup options:
    Shuttle bus to hotel: Self-arranged. We'll provide your hotel check-in voucher 3 days before the tour begins.
    Paid Airport Pickup: Pick Up Upon Flight Arrival (0900am to 2100pm) C$80 per room; Pick Up Upon Flight Arrival (0600AM to 0859AM & 2101PM TO 0000AM) C$120 per room (exclude tax).
  • Return Flight Arrangement:
    Please book your departure flight for 9:30 PM or later. We'll provide transportation to Calgary Airport after the tour concludes.

Additional Note

  • Hotel Policy
  • Hotel Room Type: Standard rooms feature either "two double beds" , "one double bed with a sofa bed", or "one double bed". Please note that no extra beds are provided for 3rd or 4th guests in the room.
  • Check-in Time: Hotel check in time is 4:00 PM. Guests arriving in the morning are not guaranteed to check in.
  • Others: According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls, etc. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of the passenger's own cost.
  • Baggage Restrictions: one check in and one carry on luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person. Extra per baggage will be charged C$50+5%GST
  • Other Notes: Airport pickup day will not be guaranteed for the VIP Seat (i.e., first 4 rows)
  • Itinerary Adjustments: In case of attraction closures due to weather conditions, we will substitute them with alternative attractions to ensure a fulfilling experience.
  • Pre-order Meal Selection: If you choose the meal plan, please select your main dish for lunch from the following options: Chicken, Alberta Beef, or Vegetarian. Each guest may choose their own option. If we do not receive your selection 7 days prior to the tour departure, "Alberta Beef" will be automatically selected as the main dish.
  • Meal Plan: Not recommend choosing the group meal option for guests with any dietary requirement (e.g., vegetarian) or allergies.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your e-ticket and provided 14 days before departure. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    TakeTours makes every effort to serve our customers better. We also advise all customers to purchase traveler's insurance in case of interruption, accidents, illness, or anything else that may come up. If a reservation has to be canceled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • 32 or more days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount + 5%GTS
    • 15-31 days prior to departure - 60% of total purchase amount + 5%GTS
    • Within 14 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    • Day of departure or no-show - 100% of total purchase amount
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit entire payment.
      The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • Itinerary Variations:
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
  • Complementary Items (If applicable):
    If the tour package includes complimentary items, there is no cash value or refund for unused services.
